Atlas Ocean Voyages Announces Additional Experts for Culinary Cruises

Atlas Ocean Voyages has unveiled additional chefs and sommeliers who will join its “Epicurean Expeditions” cruises in the Mediterranean this year.

Guests who join the sailings will have a chance to participate in wine tastings, attend culinary presentations and learn from renowned culinary experts.

“With a variety of culinary talent joining us, we are excited to offer our guests an even more enriching and immersive culinary journey in the Mediterranean,” says James A. Rodriguez, president and chief executive officer of Atlas Ocean Voyages.

The newly announced culinary experts are:

  • Paulette Mitchell, an American chef, author and producer, will be sailing onboard World Traveller on the July 1 departure
  • Martin Gimenez Castro, an Argentinean chef based in Warsaw, will be sailing on World Traveller on the August 5 departure
  • Luciana Berry, a Brazilian chef based in the United Kingdom, will be sailing on World Traveller on the August 5 departure
  • David Shalleck, an American chef, author and producer, will be sailing on World Traveller on the August 23 departure
  • Christy Rost, the host of the cooking and lifestyle series “At Home with Christy Rost,” will be sailing onboard World Traveller for the September 16 and September 30 departures
  • Chef Plum, the host and executive producer of the series “Restaurant Road Trip,” will be sailing onboard World Voyager for the October 2 and October 12 departures
  • Stephan Pyles, a James Beard Award-winning chef based in Texas, will be sailing onboard World Voyager for the October 19 departure
  • Paula Lambert, an artisanal cheesemaker and the founder of Dallas-based Mozzarella Company, will be sailing onboard World Voyager for the October 19 departure
