Hyatt Hotels Corporation Acquires the me and all hotels Brand

Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced the acquisition of the me and all hotels brands from Lindner Hotels AG, a brand which had been previously nested under Hyatt’s JdV by Hyatt brand and part of the company’s World of Hyatt loyalty program.

The me and all hotels portfolio is an urban lifestyle hotel brand offering six hotels and over 1,000 rooms across Germany. It’s expected to open a new hotel in Berlin this year and hotels in Hamburg, Leipzig and Stuttgart in 2026.

In June 2023, Hyatt announced its initial partnership with Lindner to place the brand, along with Lindner Hotels & Resorts, under the World of Hyatt program and add them into the JdV by Hyatt collection.

Hyatt, which is currently experiencing a record amount of growth with 129,000 rooms in its pipeline, is expanding into Europe with this and other developments and acquisitions.

“Our collaboration with Lindner was a significant step forward for our distribution in the EAME region, expanding our brand footprint and offering many new locations to our 46 million World of Hyatt members,” continued Black-Roberts. “We look forward to driving further growth for Hyatt’s lifestyle portfolio with me and all hotels – together with Lindner as well as other development partners and franchisees, across Europe and beyond.”

The me and all hotels brand offers central city locations, appealing public spaces for both business travelers and vacationers, and pop-up experiences like pop-up kitchens, music events and more.
