WATCH: Frontier Airlines Plane Catches Fire During Las Vegas Landing

Airplanes are supposed to come in hot, but not this hot.

A Frontier Airlines plane appeared to catch fire upon landing at Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas.

All passengers and crew were unharmed.

The incident happened on Saturday evening, October 5. Flight 1326 from San Diego was apparently already in the process of making an emergency landing.

As Flight 1326 from San Diego to Las Vegas was in the process of landing at LAS this afternoon at approximately 3.15p PT, the pilots detected smoke and declared an emergency. The aircraft landed safely and all passengers and crew were evacuated via airstairs. No injuries were…

“The cause of the incident is currently under investigation,” the airline said in a statement to ABC News.

The Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board are both investigating.
